Casual positionSalary Level 2 classification, $43.05 per hourThe RoleOur Community Centres located at Clarence Park, Unley and Fullarton are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer (casual) to support the Community Centres team with providing front of house support including general administrative tasks, phone enquiries, daily set up and shut down, assisting with program set up, promotion and general duties as needed.  The position is required to work across all 3 Centres to cover absences, and as such there is no guarantee of set or minimum hours.  This role is suited to an individual who can adapt to working in different locations at short notice, is able to work in a team and appreciates the flexibility of casual hours. About youTo succeed in this role, you will have:A high level of customer service skills and cash handling experience with the ability to relate to a wide range of peopleThe ability to learn quickly, manage your own workload, be self-directed and enjoy diversity in your roleProficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite of Applications and website/internet technologiesA positive attitude with the ability to be adaptable, flexible, and work across different sites at short noticeThe extrasThe role offers outstanding conditions of employment and benefits that are designed to attract and retain the best people.
