With the newly endorsed Community Plan responding to climate change, we will support a growing population and enhance the wellbeing and prosperity of our community.About the roleThe City of Unley is seeking applications for a Casual Community & Cultural Development Support Officer to provide customer service, administrative and project support across community centres, events and community programs.Reporting to the Team Leader Community & Cultural Development, the role supports the delivery of community, cultural, arts, volunteering and inclusion initiatives, and contributes to positive and inclusive community experiences.Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email and face-to-face.Supporting community centre operations, including reception, venue hire. bookings, payments and room set-ups.Providing administrative and project support for community events, festivals and programs.Assisting with communications and promotions, including website updates and e-communications.Maintaining accurate records, data and documentation.This is a casual position with hours varying based on operational needs. About the role

  • Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email and face-to-face.
  • Supporting community centre operations, including reception, venue hire. bookings, payments and room set-ups.
  • Providing administrative and project support for community events, festivals and programs.
  • Assisting with communications and promotions, including website updates and e-communications.
