About the Role

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of Community Centres and the Community Hub
  • Lead, mentor and develop staff and volunteers
  • Oversee service delivery, compliance and business process improvements
  • Contribute to strategic planning and community development initiatives
  • Manage budgets, resources and reporting
  • Build strong partnerships and represent the team across the organisation 

What You Bring

  • Experience in community services coordination, ideally in Local                       Government or the Community Sector
  • Strong leadership, team development and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, reporting and operational procedures
  • Knowledge of community development principles and relevant                      legislation
  • DHS Working with Children Check (or willingness to get one)
