The Community Safety Administration Officer will work closely with the Team Leader Community Safety to undertake the administrative duties relating to:

  • Animal management
  • The Local Government Act 1999
  • Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act 2016
  • Council By-laws

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate or Diploma in Administration or demonstrated experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
  • An understanding of the legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to the position.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite of Applications, 365 and internet technologies.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
