As the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and incidents, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring a seamless user experience. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.Exceptional communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-focused support. We are looking for someone who can manage expectations and provide clear updates on issue status.Proficiency in incident and request management, including logging, tracking, and prioritizing workload to meet service levels.
