In this role, you’ll be a key player in delivering best-practice records management services and driving digital efficiencies across Council.As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide expert guidance on records management policies, legislation, and standards—helping staff navigate the evolving information landscape. Your understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 will be highly valued as we continue our digital transformation journey.Located at the Unley Civic Centre, our workplace is surrounded by parks, shopping centres, cafés, and restaurants—offering a fantastic work-life balance.About youTo succeed in this role, you will have:Experience using Electronic Document & Records Management Systems (ECM/CI Anywhere preferred). Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365—you’ll help optimise our information workflows. Knowledge and understanding of records management legislation, standards, and best practices, ideally in local government.
