This role is critical in facilitating the timely processing of changes to employment conditions with leaders and payroll for all stages of the employee life-cycle. You will be a key part of a highly engaged and supportive team, by being the first point of contact for customer resolution. These enquiries may include policy or procedural advice to internal customers in relation to HR matters, giving you the opportunity to flex your industrial knowledge.About youTo succeed in this role, you will have:Qualifications in Human Resource Management and previous experience as a HR Officer/Coordinator;Effective verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail;Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality in matters relating to employee relations; andExceptional listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections.The extrasThe role offers outstanding conditions of employment and benefits that are designed to attract and retain the best people.
