We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as Manager, Business Systems & Communication who is passionate about leading a team committed to pursuing excellence, being progressive and achieving together.Position Overview:As the Manager of Business Systems & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organisation and influencing the way we communicate with our employees and our community. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Business Support & Improvement, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to our Business Systems & Communications Team, establish collaborative networks with internal and external stakeholders and have the ability to think strategically and creatively to help deliver critical tasks and solve complex problems. You will drive digital transformation initiatives, enhance service delivery, and ensure the security and efficiency of our information and communication technology (ICT) systems.As both a people and achievement focused leader, you will be responsible for:Leading the development and implementation of our organisation’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with our long-tern business goals.Overseeing the transition to cloud computing, including the migration of systems, applications, and data to cloud environments.Establishing and enforcing cyber-security frameworks and policies to safeguard against threats and protect sensitive data.Ensuring compliance with information management requirements, including relevant regulations and standards.Providing strategic leadership for internal and external corporate communications to enhance our brand reputation.Fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the Business Systems and Communications team, driving continuous improvement and professional development.Qualifications:With a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, you will have proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing business systems, ICT and strategic communications.A strong understanding of cloud technologies, cyber-security principles, information management practices and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards is also essential.If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for driving digital transformation and delivering innovative solutions, effective communication, and positive change for the community, we want to hear from you!
